I love helping people, and I love real estate. Put those two things together for over twenty years and you get me: married more than 40 years, father of five, grandfather, and still genuinely fired up about helping families find their next home in New Prague and the South Metro.

I started investing in real estate back in 2002. A few years in, I knew I wanted real estate to be my full-time thing, not just a side project. When I made that leap, I quickly realized I couldn't give my clients the level of service I wanted to give them if I was doing it all alone. So I built a team. I don't know exactly how far this road goes, but I can tell you it's been a heck of an adventure so far, and I'm not slowing down anytime soon.

Why I still love this job

Real estate never gets old. The market shifts, the technology changes, and every client has a different story. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and walking with them through one of the biggest decisions they'll make: finding the right home in New Prague, Prior Lake, Lakeville, Elko New Market, Jordan, Lonsdale, Montgomery, Belle Plaine, or anywhere else in the South Metro. There's a moment in almost every closing where you can see it click for people, the relief, the excitement, the "this is actually happening." That moment is why I do this.

I also like staying sharp. New tools, new marketing strategies, new ways to help a listing get found online or help a buyer spot a home they would've otherwise missed. Standing still isn't really my style.

Giving back where I live

I raised my family here, and I believe in putting time back into this community, not just talking about it. I volunteer with Knights of Columbus, Habitat for Humanity, New Prague Rotary, St. Thomas Sportsman Association, and Hope House of New Prague. It's a good way to meet people, and it's a good way to remember why local matters in the first place.
